The drum rounder-divider is a compact and silent machine suitable for both industrial and craft bakeries, to be used alone or in conjunction with other machines (such as moulding and stamping
units) to form complete lines.

The main characteristics are:
· Conveyor belt hopper to feed the dough;
· Stainless steel hopper, teflon coated inside, with 15 kg. dough capacity;
· 2-rows dividing unit with main frame in painted steel (on request in AISI 304 stainless steel);
· Flour sprinkler in the dough dividing area;
· The dough dividing unit does not need a lubrication system;
· Machine available with a control panel to set and visualize the weight, the rounding and production speed;
· Only one rounding unit with exclusive UDS technology (Universal Drum System) developed by Pietro Berto for this new line of machines;

Pietroberto 1-way lamination line

1-way lamination line for the production of pizza, piadina and tortilla bread.
The processing technique guarantees the production of top quality products which are very similar to hand-made versions.
It consists of a parallel conveyor pre-laminating machine, a 500 mm (width) first laminating machine, a 90-degree positioning cutting conveyor and a 600 mm second laminating machine.
This line achieves a production rate of 1,000 pieces/hour.
