The Crystal RPC1T is a single door upright Retarder Prover dedicated to the bakery sector and equipped to take up to seventeen 18′ x 30′ bakery trays – offering excellent performance, reliability and efficiency.

  • User friendly, touch screen DoughMaster Control panel with PC quality graphics. The simple to programme DoughMaster features intelligent steam calculation and generation to reduce wasted energy whilst the automatic control of retarding temperature ensure products remain in prime condition.
  • Designed for effective operation in high ambient 43°C environments
  • Construction includes 75mm polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and low GWP and provides excellent thermal efficiency
  • Self-closing doors fitted with easy to clean, replaceable magnetic balloon gaskets

MONO Mobile Prover

 The MONO Mobile Prover will give your bakery extra proving capacity that is mobile and versatile. The thermostatically controlled, twin heating element (total power 2.5kW) will plug straight into your existing power supply.

The cabinet is lightweight, insulated aluminium, protected by bump bars fitted rear and sides. Inside edges are silicone sealed for hygiene and the outer door surface and tray runners are stainless steel.
